2. Enhanced Offer Approver Logic:

   • For offer approvers, we’ve refined the process. Now, we only check if the compensation is above the specified range to determine the appropriate approvers. This ensures a more streamlined and efficient approval workflow.

3. Improved Role-Based Onboard Workflows:

   • In Role-Based Onboard Workflows, we’ve made a critical adjustment. Instead of using a cached company object for company settings, we now fetch real-time data. This ensures accurate and up-to-date information throughout the onboarding process.

4. Smart Template Enhancement for AddCandFast:

   • The AddCandFast smart template has been updated. It now correctly parses the firstname, lastname, and email fields, even if form fields are left blank. This ensures consistency and accuracy in candidate data.

5. Linking Evaluation Forms to Interview Complete Milestone:

   • You can now link evaluation forms (either via workflow triggers or manual send) directly to the Interview Complete milestone. This integration streamlines feedback collection and evaluation during the hiring process.

6. Confirmation of Bank Routing and Account Numbers:

   • In the candidate portal, we’ve added support for confirming bank routing and account numbers during form fill. This extra layer of validation ensures accurate financial information.

   • When setting up job board application submissions, you can now include the dynamic [@BRAND@] placeholder. This allows for personalized branding and a consistent user experience.
