  • Customized Candidate Text Response Notification Emails for a more personalized communication experience.
  • Mail merge fields for Brand and Brand Logo are now supported in the Candidate Email Auto Responder, enabling consistent branding across communications.
  • Job detail labels can be customized based on the values in the smart form label tag for a tailored user experience.
  • Permissions Group column has been added to the User Account Manager List page, offering better user management visibility.

  • Evaluation Forms for Interview Invites have been refined to improve the assessment process.
  • Enhanced the Open Call/Invite to Interview feature by adding a button for candidates to request an alternative time if none are suitable.
  • Limited details email for Approval processes has been streamlined by removing default language where appropriate.
  • Offer letters now support Unicode characters when converted to PDF, ensuring accurate representation of text.

Fixes:

  • Resolved the issue of short links in AT&T text messages being flagged as spam.
  • Interview Types Milestones now consistently carry across requirements, streamlining the interview setup.
