Here is what is included in this release:
Notes
- Added the ability to create Private Notes, as well as the ability to edit and delete notes. In the candidate record, if you add note there is a new checkbox in the dialog to allow you to set the note as private. Only the user who created the private note will see it when viewing the candidate. Also, the user has the ability to edit and delete notes that they create. This includes making a private note public and vice versa and changing the note type.
Dashboard
- Added Status and Stage widgets to My Dashboard and Company Dashboard
User Roles
- New user roles: A new dropdown has been added to Edit User Details to specify what roles a user belongs to. These roles are Recruiting Coordinator, Screener, Senior Leader, EVP, Executive, and HR Business Partner.
Delayed Regrets Emails
- New feature that delays the sending of regrets emails to candidates that have been dispositioned (rejected). In System Setup there is a new tab for No Interest Rules where the company can enable & specify the amount of time (in hours) to delay sending out regrets e-mails (default is none). Each user will have their own queue (administrations can see everyone's queue) to manage their list and remove emails if needed.
Interviews
- When editing a scheduled interview there is now a checkbox as to whether to update the candidate. This will send a new ICS to the candidate. For new interviews scheduled from the date/time of the update onward this should result in the event on the candidate's calendar being updated when the ICS is imported. For older events it will create a duplicate event.
Enhancements
- New and improved formatting for printing candidate application info
- Fixed issue with duplicate requests when ordering assessments, background checks, and video interviews
