The Custom Info section allows you to include specific, company-defined details when forwarding a candidate’s profile via email. This guide walks you through how to edit that information.
Steps to Edit Custom Info:

Log into your account and click on your username in the top right corner.

From the drop-down menu, select Administration.

In the Administration Control Panel, locate the Setup & Configuration column and click on System Setup.

You will be taken to the Company Preferences page. From here, select the Forward Proprietary tab.

In this section, you can customize the information that will be included when forwarding candidates.

Check the box next to the section to ensure the custom info is included in forwarded emails.

Once your edits are complete, click the blue Send button at the bottom of the page.
