EEOC / OFCCP

This article will show you how to include EEOC / OFCCP documents in the application.

 

  • In order to include and remove EEOC / OFCCP documents included in the application, select your username in the top right corner.
  • A drop-down menu will appear, in this menu select "Administration".

  • This will take you to the "Administration Control Panel" page.
  • In the Setup & Configuration column select "System Setup".

  • This will take you to the Company preferences page where you will select "EEO/OFCCP" on the left column.

  • You can select what documents you would like to include on the right side.
  • Checking each checkbox will include the documents in each application. (Pictured below)

EEO/OFCCP Options

  • Enable OFCCP - Checking this box will enable the OFCCP for Standard Apply process.
      1. Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form
      2. Pre Employment Request for Veteran Classification
  • Enable EEOC (Race/Gender)- Checking this will enable the (Race/Gender) questions for Standard Apply process.
  • Show EEO (Race/Gender) - Checking this will enable the user level permissions for the EEO Information Management.
  • Ask Veteran Status in Quick Apply (with OFCCP disabled) - Checking this enables the Veterans status for the Quick Apply application process without the OFCCP Questions.
  • Ask Disability Status in Quick Apply (with OFCCP disabled) - Checking this enables the Disability status for the Quick Apply application process without the OFCCP Questions.
  • Ask veteran status - Checking this box enables the veteran question for Standard Apply process
  • EEOC in Quick Apply application - Checking this box enables the EEOCOpen text box, customizable area to include EEOC language or links.

  • Once you have selected which documents you would like to include select the blue "Save Preferences" at the bottom of the page.
