Setting Up New Candidate Application Notifications
You can choose who should be notified when a new candidate applies to a specific requisition. This is a helpful way to keep your hiring team informed in real-time.
How to Set Up Notifications
- Locate the requisition you want to update.
- Click the Notepad and Pencil icon to open the Requisition Editor.
- Scroll down to the Hiring Team section.
- In the Notifications area (outlined above), you can add users or contacts to receive alerts when new candidates apply.
- Scroll down to the Hiring Team section.

Begin typing the individual’s name in the field provided. A predictive dropdown will appear with matching users or contacts.

Select the appropriate name(s) from the list.

You can add multiple individuals.

To remove someone, click the red X next to their name.

These users will now receive email notifications each time a new candidate submits an application to that requisition.
