Setting Up New Candidate Application Notifications

 

You can choose who should be notified when a new candidate applies to a specific requisition. This is a helpful way to keep your hiring team informed in real-time.

 

How to Set Up Notifications

  1. Locate the requisition you want to update.
  2. Click the Notepad and Pencil icon to open the Requisition Editor.



  3. Scroll down to the Hiring Team section.
  4. In the Notifications area (outlined above), you can add users or contacts to receive alerts when new candidates apply.
  5. Scroll down to the Hiring Team section.

  6. In the Notifications area (outlined above), you can add users or contacts to receive alerts when new candidates apply.
    • Begin typing the individual’s name in the field provided. A predictive dropdown will appear with matching users or contacts.

    • Select the appropriate name(s) from the list.

    • You can add multiple individuals.

    • To remove someone, click the red X next to their name.

These users will now receive email notifications each time a new candidate submits an application to that requisition.
