Job List/Tab Overview (Hiring Manager)

The Jobs Overview page offers Hiring Managers a comprehensive and organized view of all job requisitions within the system. This essential tool allows you to efficiently locate, manage, and track open positions and candidate statuses, streamlining your recruitment oversight and decision-making.

Section 1: Filters and Search Options

At the top of the Jobs Overview page, you'll find multiple filtering and search capabilities designed to help you quickly identify and access job requisitions based on your criteria:

 

Filter Options:

  • All Active: Quickly find requisitions based on whether they are open, closed, or pending.

  • All Locations: Easily pinpoint requisitions tied to specific geographic locations.

  • All Departments: Focus your search on requisitions belonging to particular departments.

  • All Categories: Organize requisitions into clearly defined job categories for easier management.

  • All Requisition Owners: Quickly identify requisitions based on who owns or manages them internally.

  • All Hiring Managers: Find requisitions specifically managed by certain Hiring Managers.

  • All Brands: Filter requisitions associated with specific company brands for targeted oversight.

  • All Postings: Distinguish requisitions by their posting locations, such as internal intranets or external career sites.

  • Search: Directly search requisitions by Requisition Number, Internal Number, or Job Title for immediate access.

  • Recent Candidates: Identify requisitions with recent candidate activities within a specified date range.

  • My Req (Checkbox): Quickly view only the requisitions assigned to you, simplifying the list view.

 

Section 2: Job Requisition List

The second part of the Jobs Overview page details each job requisition with key information organized into clearly defined columns:

 

  • Job Title: Clearly indicates the title or role associated with each job requisition.

  • Req #: Provides the unique identification number assigned to each requisition.

  • Int #: Displays internal numbering systems used by your organization.

  • Openings: Shows the total number of openings or vacancies for each requisition.

  • Brand: Identifies the company brand linked to the job requisition.

  • Age: Highlights how long the job requisition has been active, measured in days.

  • Location: Details the geographic area or location of the job requisition.

  • Category: Shows the classification or type of job requisition for streamlined management.

  • Recruiter: Names the recruiter responsible for handling and tracking the requisition.

  • HM: Identifies the Hiring Manager overseeing the specific job requisition.

  • Total: Counts all applicants who have applied to the requisition.

  • Active: Shows the number of candidates currently awaiting a response or action.

  • Unviewed: Indicates how many candidate applications have not yet been reviewed.

  • Pipelined: Tracks the number of candidates who are actively being considered or moving through stages.

  • Status: Clearly indicates the current state of the job requisition (e.g., Open, Closed, Pending).

By understanding and effectively using these tools, Hiring Managers can easily streamline recruitment processes and maintain a clear overview of all hiring activities.
