For businesses aiming to cast a wider net in their recruitment efforts, the ability to post job requisitions across multiple locations is invaluable. However, it's important to note that this functionality is available only if the feature is activated in your system. This guide is designed to help you leverage this feature, should it be enabled, allowing you to reach a more diverse and extensive pool of candidates.
Step 1: Accessing or Creating a Requisition
- To Edit an Existing Requisition:
- Find and click on the “Edit Job” icon next to the requisition name.
- To Create a New Requisition:
- Click the “Plus” icon in the navigation bar.
- Choose “Add Job” from the dropdown options.
Step 3: Adding Additional Locations
- Look for the “Additional Locations” section on this page.
- Click the magnifying glass icon within this section. (See the outline in the image below.)
- To post your requisition in multiple locations, tick the checkboxes beside each location you're interested in.
- The locations you've selected will be highlighted in green at the page’s top.
Step 4: Saving Your Selections
- Once you're satisfied with your location choices, hit the “Save” button in the top left corner.
- You’ll be taken back to the "Job Editor" page, where you can view the list of additional locations for your job requisition.
