Hired Candidates Summary Report

The Hired Candidate Summary Report allows you to analyze and break down all candidates marked as HIRED within your system. This feature helps you understand hiring trends by showing where your hires are coming from and how they are distributed across different job categories or organizational structures.

You can group and view hiring metrics by any of the following seven fields:

  • Source – The original campaign, website, employee referral, or vendor that led the candidate to apply

  • Job Requisition Owner – The recruiter assigned to the job

  • Job Location – The geographic location of the job

  • Job Category – The company-defined category the job falls under

  • Job Group – A grouping of jobs used for reporting purposes

  • Job Code – The unique code tied to the job

  • Job Department – The internal department that owns the job

You can apply the following filters to narrow your report:

  • Group By – Choose how you’d like to group your hired candidates using the dropdown menu

  • Req Status – Filter by requisition status (e.g., Open, Filled)

  • Location – View hired candidates by job location

  • Category – Filter based on company category

  • Job Group – View hires by job group

  • Department – Filter by department

  • Job Type – Filter hires based on full-time, part-time, etc.

  • Brand – Filter based on brand (if applicable)

  • Exempt – Filter based on FLSA exemption status (Exempt or Non-Exempt)

  • Date Range – Use a preset date range or enter a custom time frame

At the bottom of the report page, you can export the data to Excel for further analysis or sharing.
