Editing a Job Requisition

Efficiently managing job requisitions is a key part of the recruitment process. This tutorial will guide you through different methods of accessing and editing a job requisition in your system, enabling you to update job details swiftly and maintain an organized hiring workflow.

  1. Starting from the Jobs Overview Page:

    • Look for the “Notepad and Pencil” icon next to the job requisition you want to edit.
    • Clicking this icon will take you directly to the editing interface for that specific job requisition.
  2. Alternative Access via the Briefcase Icon:

    • An alternate route involves clicking the “Briefcase Icon,” which is typically located below the "Notepad" icon.
    • Once you're on the specific job's page, look for and select the “Edit Jobs” button. This action will navigate you to the same job requisition editor page.
  3. Navigating the Job Requisition Editor Page:

    • On the Job Requisition Editor page (as shown in the provided picture), you can modify various aspects of the job requisition.
    • To add users to the "Attached Users" section, simply type the name of the user in the provided text box. A list of matching names will appear for you to choose from.
    • Attaching vendors follows a similar process. Begin typing in the vendor's name, and select the appropriate one from the suggestions that appear.

By utilizing these methods, you, as a Hiring Manager, can easily access and edit job requisitions, ensuring that your job postings are always accurate and up-to-date. This not only saves time but also helps attract the right candidates by providing them with the most current job information.
