Changing a Candidate's Status to 'Hired': A Step-by-Step Guide

  • Locating the Candidate: Begin by navigating to the desired candidate's profile. This is your starting point for any status updates.

  • Accessing Status Options: Within the candidate's profile, locate the status indicator. Clicking on this area should reveal a drop-down menu, displaying various status options.

  • Selecting 'Hired': From the drop-down menu, choose the “Hired” status. This action will prompt a confirmation pop-up.

  • Confirming the Status Change: A confirmation pop-up will ask if you wish to proceed with changing the status to "Hired". Confirm by clicking the blue “Yes” button.

  • Redirecting to the Hire Candidate Editor: Upon confirmation, you will be redirected to the “Hire Candidate Editor” page. This is where you can review and confirm the candidate’s details.

 

  • Final Verification: Before finalizing, verify that all information is correct and that the new status of “Hired” is accurately reflected.

  • Saving the Changes: Once everything is in order, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to officially update the candidate’s status.

  • Confirmation of Status Update: After saving, the system will update the candidate’s status to “Hired”, completing the process.

 

This process is essential for maintaining accurate and current records in recruitment and HR systems, ensuring that both the candidates' progress and organizational needs are effectively managed.
