Candidate Profile Overview (Hiring Manager)

This article provides a general overview of the candidate profile from the Hiring Manager’s perspective. The profile is divided into key sections for easier navigation and understanding. Each section will be explained in the order it appears within the system.

 

We will cover the candidate profile in sections outlined in red.

 

The first section we will cover is outlined in purple, outlined below in red.

Back to Previous Page – Returns to the last page viewed.

Previous Candidate – Navigates to the previous candidate in the list.

Next Candidate – Moves to the next candidate.

View Resume – Opens the candidate’s resume for review.

Copy Candidate – Duplicates the candidate’s profile.

Move Candidate – Moves the candidate to another requisition.

Print Candidate Record – Prints the candidate’s full record.

 

 The Application Details Section of the candidate profile we will go over is outlined in red below.

 

Starting from the top:

Candidate Name – Displayed at the top of the profile.

LinkedIn Icon – Located next to the name; links to the candidate’s LinkedIn profile.

Address – Shown below the name.

Source – Indicates how the candidate found the job posting.

No Interest Button – Rejects the candidate.

Note: Once selected, a reason for the action is required.

•Optional: You may include comments and choose to send a regrets email.

•Don’t forget to select the blue Save button to confirm.

Provide Feedback – Use this option if you are interested in the candidate. It records your feedback and logs it in the candidate’s activity history.

 

 

The candidate Application Details Section outlined below

 

This section provides insights into the candidate’s application activity:

Application Signed – Indicates if the candidate has signed their application.

Application Count – Shows how many applications the candidate has submitted.

Applied To – Displays the job requisition name, location, and the number of days since the application was submitted.

Last Activity – Shows the date and type of the last recorded activity.

Status – Allows you to update the candidate’s current status in the process.

Stage – Enables you to set the candidate’s stage in the hiring workflow.

 

The Candidate contact section is on the right of the candidate profile

 

Phone Number – Includes texting capabilities directly from the system.

Email Address – Clicking the email opens Hirebridge Messenger for sending messages.

Rank Feature – Lets you rank candidates as an internal reference for qualification level.

 

Candidate Profile Tabs and Additional Information

 

Snapshot – A quick view of the candidate’s resume.

Application – Displays responses from the application process.

Feedback – Shows feedback and scores from managers based on question sets.

Interviews – Allows you to schedule or log interviews.

Messages – A message board displaying emails sent to the candidate. You can also compose new messages here.

Notes – A space to document notes related to the candidate.

 

Supplementary Tabs

Additional Applications – Shows other roles the candidate has applied for.

Background Check – Enables sending and monitoring background check status.

Job Details – Provides job requisition information.

Documents – Manage candidate documents (download, replace, delete, or add).

Activity Log – Displays a full history of actions taken on the candidate’s profile.
