How To Edit A Requisition (Hiring Manager)

Accessing the Job Editor Page

There are several methods to access the Job Requisition Editor page:

  1. Using the Notepad and Pencil Icon:
      • Navigate to the Jobs Overview page.
      • Look for the “Notepad and Pencil” icon.
      • Click this icon for a quick way to edit job requisitions.
  2. Using the Briefcase Icon:
      • First, locate and click the “Briefcase Icon” situated below the "Notepad" icon.
      • On the job requisition page, find and click the “Edit Jobs” button. 

These steps will lead you to the Job Requisition Editor page.

Editing Job Requisitions

On the Job Requisition Editor page, you have the ability to edit all aspects of the job requisition.

  • The Job Requisition Editor page enables you to edit all the attributes to this job requisition.

Below are some attributes of the requisition editor page.

  • To attach users in the "Attached Users" section type the user's name in the text box. This will then give you the option to select which specific person you would like to attach to this requisition.
  • The same way you attach users works for Vendors as well.
