System messages allow you to swiftly disseminate important information, updates, or notifications to all users or specific individuals, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned. This tutorial guides you through the process of composing and sending system messages in Hirebridge.
Step 1: Accessing the Administration Panel
- Start by Locating Your Username: Find and select your username in the top right corner of the screen.
- Navigating to Administration: A dropdown menu will appear; from here, click on “Administration” to proceed.
Step 2: Composing a New Message
- Enter the Administration Control Panel: You will land on the Administration Control Panel page.
- Selecting System Utilities: Look for the "System Utilities" section and click on “Send/Edit System Messages”.
- Initiating Message Composition: Here, you can start composing new messages for Hirebridge users. Click on “+ Add New Message” to begin.
Step 3: Crafting Your Message
- Select Recipients: A pop-up will appear. Use the drop-down menu in the "Send Company Message" section to choose between sending the message to All Users or a specific user.
- Compose Your Message: In the message section, type your message or insert any links you want to share with Hirebridge users.
