Creating a Confidential Job in Hirebridge

Confidential jobs enable you to publicly advertise positions while keeping your company's identity private. This is beneficial when discretion is necessary due to sensitive roles or competitive reasons.

 

Follow these steps to create a confidential job:

    1. Click on the "Plus" icon in your Hirebridge dashboard and select "Add Job."

  • You will be taken to the "Job Requisition Editor" page.

  • Scroll down to the "Application & Job Post Settings" section.

  • In this section, find the "Confidential Search" drop-down menu (highlighted in red below) and select the appropriate option to mark the job as confidential.

Additional settings you can configure include:

  • Initial Application: Choose the type of application form candidates will fill out.

  • External Questions: Select the set of questions presented to external candidates.

  • Internal Questions: Specify the question sets internal candidates within your organization will receive.

By following these instructions, you can effectively manage confidential hiring processes while safeguarding your company's privacy.
