Prospects Page Overview

The Prospects tab is designed to help you manage potential candidates who have not yet completed a full application for a specific requisition. This feature allows your team to store, organize, and track early-stage candidates in designated folders.

When you click on the Prospects tab, you’ll be taken to a list of existing folders where prospects are stored. From this page, you can view, organize, and add new prospects or folders.

Key Features:

  • Add Prospects – Use this option to manually add a new prospect to a folder.

  • Add Folder – Create a new folder to help organize your prospects by role, team, or other criteria.

  • Search – Find prospects using filters such as keywords, Brand/Business Unit, Folder Owner, Zip Code, or Date Range.

Columns Displayed:

  • Folder – Shows the name of the prospect folder.

  • Owner – Displays the user who created or owns the folder.

  • Prospects – Indicates how many prospects are currently stored in the folder.

The Prospects feature is useful for pipeline development, allowing your team to stay ahead by tracking and engaging with candidates who may be a good fit in the future.
