This section will cover the basics of our Visual Workflow Module
Visual Workflow displays required steps that need to be taken in order to move the candidate through the recruitment process for a specific job.
- Candidates are moved from step to step by using the green Advance button. At any time the process can be stopped by using the red Reject button.
- Each step is color coded as follows:
- Green - The candidate has completed the workflow step
- Blue - The candidate is in the current step
- Gray - The candidate has not completed the step yet
| Current Step | - Displays the current step the candidate is in workflow. |
| Advance | - Advances the candidate into the next step |
| Reject | - Dispositions the candidate |
| More | - Quick access actions for Background Check, Copy Candidate, E-mail, Forward Candidate, Interview Action, Note Candidate, and Manage Offer. |

- Lock/Unlock workflow (Users with Admin rights are allowed to unlock workflow. |
