Landing Page / Navigation Bar Overview

This article provides a helpful overview of the Hirebridge homepage and navigation bar to guide you through key features and tools available upon login.

Default Landing Page

When you log in, the default landing page is typically the Jobs tab, where you’ll see all job requisitions associated with your user account.

Note:

You can update your default landing page at any time by clicking your username in the top right corner. From there:

  • Select Preferences

  • Go to the Defaults tab

  • Choose your preferred landing page from the drop-down list

Top Navigation Bar Tabs

  • Dashboard

    Access either the Company Dashboard (company-wide data) or My Dashboard (requisition/candidate data tied to your user account).

  • Jobs

    Displays a list of requisitions assigned to you and provides access to view candidates who have applied.

  • Candidates

    Allows you to search for candidates using general information, keyword search, or question set answers.

  • Prospects

    Opens the Prospects page, where you can manage folders and view saved prospects.

  • Reports

    Opens the reports section where you can access your company’s reporting tools.

  • Plus (+) Icon

    Quick-access tool to add candidates, prospects, or jobs.

  • Top Right Icons

     

    These icons offer shortcuts to important actions:

    • Envelope Icon

      Displays the number of unread messages in your inbox.

    • Thumbs Up Icon

      Shows the number of requisitions or offers pending your approval.

    • People Icon

      Quick access to view recently added candidates. A number above the icon indicates how many new candidates have been added since your last login.

    • Calendar Icon

      Opens the Task page, where you can view upcoming interviews, appointments, and tasks. The number above the icon shows how many are pending.

  • User Name - This is where your name will appear. Click on your name will make a drop-down list will appear.
