This article explains how to create a new Prospect Folder in Hirebridge.
1. In the top navigation bar, click the “Prospects” tab.
2. You’ll be directed to the Prospect Folders page.
3. Click the “Add Folder” button near the top of the page.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter the following:

Title – Enter the desired name for your folder.

Brand – (Optional) Select the brand associated with the folder.

Public – Choose whether the folder should be:

Yes – Visible to others in your company.
-
No – Private and visible only to you.
-
Once you’ve entered the required information, click the blue “Save” button in the bottom-right corner to create the folder.
How to Edit/Delete a Prospect Folder

Click the “Prospects” tab in the top navigation bar.

Locate and select the folder you wish to edit or delete.

Once inside the folder, click the “Edit Folder” button.
From here you can:

Edit the Folder Name – Update the name in the provided text box.

Delete the Folder – Click the red “Delete” button in the bottom-left corner to permanently remove the folder.
Make sure to save any changes after editing.
