February 13, 2017 Release Notes
This is mostly a "maintenance" release and features system updates, bug fixes and a few enhancements.
Offer Module
- Moved buttons to bottom of page and general cleanup of page
Candidate View
- Added icon to cover letter section
- Speed up loading of page by deferring loading of activity log items until needed. Even if the active tag and needed upon page display page load will be faster as it won't wait for the items to be available to finish loading.
- E-Mail Candidate: Adding missing references to Bootstrap and JQuery that caused page to not be displayed properly
User Preferences
- Removed 4096 character limit on e-mail signature
Add/Modify Job
- New template to be used as future default that includes all possible fields and hides those those needed

- Created new short form
System Enhancements / Bug Fixes
- Multiple pages: Added filtering to multiselect drop-downs
- Career Center Setup (System Administration): New setup page that generates embedded widget code for career center so the company can generate their own job portal widgets.
- Dashboard: Fixed issue with widgets that could potentially cause lock-ups when no values are returned
- Dashboard: Fixed issue with source names in candidates by source widget that could sometimes be empty and cause lock-ups
- Candidate Offer: Fixed issue with detecting improperly formatted date in offer date and start date boxes
- Candidate View: Bug fix - Couldn't change candidate status if "No Interest" even if candidate Rejected bit was cleared.
- Candidate View: Bug fix - Background check button in workflow wasn't visible if service was OrangeTree
- User Preferences: Removed 4096 character limit on e-mail signature
- HTML Editor: Combined justification options into a single dropdown button and added format stripper dropdown
- HTML Editor: Fixed issue when inserting an image it needs to include the full URL for when the text is sent externally
- Quick Apply: Bug fix - Removed double logging
