NEW FEATURES!
- Question Set option to automatically No Interest candidates that are disqualified by their answers. Can be switched on under Administration > System > Disqualify Rules, with options to choose the new candidate status and reason for no interest, whether to send a regrets e-mail, and, if so, the template to use.
- No Interest defaults in company preferences for status, reason, send regrets e-mail, and e-mail template
- Approve/Decline jobs and offers directly from User Dashboard
- Candidate info page now displays offer approvals in a side panel (if any)
- Time to Fill calculation has been added in Custom Report Writer
- Companies can now edit their own corporate URL that is used in the career center
Updates / Enhancements
- Prospect folders and info pages are redesigned to resemble the job view (briefcase) and candidate info pages, respectively. Added view/download prospect's attached resume (if available).
- User maintenance page now offers administrators the option of resetting a user's password (or send a reset link)
- When a job is approved it will now send an e-mail to the approver as a confirmation of their action
- When a job approver follows a link to an approval request they already took action on it will show the job details along with the action they previously took
- Offer Approvals Panel appearance is now consistent with Job Approvals Panel
- When creating a job from a template it will blank out any fields that are not in the template.
- Updated most report generator pages to new interface design
- Uploading resume file naming format to include Candidate Name
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where sometimes it was possible to move a candidate into a job where they already resided
- Replaced role member names in notification templates (previously had their user ID)
- Log of e-mails to candidates weren't displaying the attached documents that were sent, if any
- Custom header text for the Report Writer wouldn't always display the correct value if the same field name existed in multiple tables
